If you need to return your item(s), you must notify Rope Assemblies within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You should email sales@ropeassemblies.co.uk and include your name, delivery note number and the item(s) that you wish to return along with the reason for the return.

Rope Assemblies will reply with an authorised returns number and details of how the goods should be returned to us. All returned goods must be in unused condition and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless goods are received damaged or incomplete.

Rope Assemblies reserve the right to refuse returns without prior notice and an authorised returns number. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of returned goods being received.

Please note, our Returns Policy does not apply to custom made goods or made to order goods.  These items will not be accepted for return unless they arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrectly manufactured.  The Returns Policy also does not apply to goods from our third-party supply partners, the supplying company returns policy will apply to these goods.

Items bought from Rope Assemblies can be returned for a refund if the following criteria is met:

1. Rope Assemblies is notified within 14 days of the goods being received.
2. Goods are returned with an authorised returns number and in unused condition in the original packaging.
3. Returns must be received by Rope Assemblies within 14 days of authorisation.

Goods can be returned even if they are not faulty.  Delivery charges are nonrefundable except in exceptional circumstances.

Refunds will normally be processed within 7-10 working days (working days are Monday – Friday) of returned goods being received by Rope Assemblies
