FAQ

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

It will depend on the details of the order. For non-manufactured goods, we aim to dispatch the same day for orders placed before noon. For manufactured items then we aim to dispatch within 2-3 days of receipt of order, all goods are sent on a next day service.

What if I change my mind?

Why can’t I buy all your products online?

Because many of the goods we supply are bespoke manufactured, it would be impossible for us to list all the variations online. We would rather give you a custom quote for the item that you are looking for so we can ensure it will suit your application. All enquiries should be sent to sales@ropeassemblies.co.uk and our sales team will be happy to help.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we do – for deliveries within Europe, prices are available on request.  For countries outside of Europe we ask you to arrange your own courier collection due to the additional paperwork that can be required.  Please contact sales@ropeassemblies.co.uk for more information

Do all your items come with certification?

All our items that are suitable for lifting will come with the appropriate certification and manufacturer’s instructions for use. 

How do I know if the items are in stock?

We try to hold high levels of stock to meet all customer requirements, but occasionally goods can be sold out.  We work closely with our UK suppliers to ensure the shortest lead times possible and will always keep customers informed of any delays to their delivery

Can I collect my order?

Yes – every one is welcome to come and look around our showroom and collect orders in person.
